What is the complimentary 90-Day VIP Pass?
Approved Founding Partners receive complimentary access to Private Retail Blackbook for 90 days after approval and activation. The pass is designed to let you explore the platform, catalogs and pricing before deciding what — if anything — you want to shop for or share.
What do I get access to?
During the approved VIP period, Founding Partners may access available private wholesale furniture catalogs, Retail Blackbook VIP Member Price Lists and selected manufacturer resources available through the platform. If you decide to shop, available items can be purchased through Retail Blackbook. Manufacturer, product, pricing, freight and availability vary.
Do I have to purchase anything?
No. There is no purchase requirement to participate as a Founding Partner. You can use the 90-Day VIP Pass to learn the platform, browse furniture, shop for yourself if you want, or simply share Retail Blackbook and products you genuinely like with people who may benefit from the access.
Do I need a furnishing project of my own?
No. A personal furnishing project is not required. Some partners may use Retail Blackbook for their own home, rental or client project, while others may participate entirely by introducing the company or products to their audience, clients, network or community.
How much can I save if I decide to shop?
Across available products, VIP member pricing is often approximately 30–50% below comparable online retail pricing. Savings vary by brand, item, promotion, freight, delivery, taxes and current market pricing, so no specific savings amount is guaranteed on every product.
What can I promote or share?
You may introduce people to Retail Blackbook itself, share the private-access concept, highlight furniture categories or products you genuinely like, and use approved partner materials made available to you. Any confidential pricing or private materials should be handled according to the Partner Program guidelines.
Do I need a large following?
No fixed follower number determines acceptance, and you do not have to be a full-time creator. We look at trust, audience or network relevance, engagement, professionalism, content quality and overall brand fit. A smaller group of people who value your recommendations can be more useful than a large passive audience.
Can I refer people anywhere in the United States?
Yes. The Partner Program is nationwide and there is no assigned sales territory. Approved Founding Partners may refer eligible customers anywhere Retail Blackbook currently serves in the United States. Product access, freight and delivery availability can vary by location.
Do Founding Partners get free furniture?
No. The 90-Day VIP Pass is complimentary, but merchandise is not automatically free. If you choose to purchase furniture, merchandise, freight, delivery, taxes and other order costs remain separate unless Retail Blackbook specifically agrees to other terms in writing.
How do referral earnings work?
Under the current Founding Partner structure, approved partners can earn 25% of the Retail Blackbook Procurement Fee actually collected on eligible completed projects properly attributed to them. Final eligibility, attribution, commission timing and payment terms are governed by the Partner agreement.
Do I need to disclose the partnership?
Yes, where required. Material relationships such as complimentary access, special terms or referral compensation should be clearly disclosed in a way that is easy for your audience to understand.
