Every quote includes the true wholesale cost from the manufacturer, the freight or delivery to your location, and a small processing fee that covers order support and logistics. There are no hidden retail markups and no required purchase minimums.

For Self-Service Plans, processing fees typically average 5–15%. Our Personalized & Pro Support plans use the same processing range, but thanks to our vendor relationships, freight rates are often 5–10% lower than what most businesses can secure on their own.

For Business Memberships, processing fees are even leaner, usually averaging 5–10%, and orders over $10,000 include customized freight quotes so you can see exactly how your shipping is structured on larger projects.
