Where does Retail Blackbook source its furniture?
We source directly from the same places furniture retailers and designers do.

Our team attends major international furniture trade shows each year, including:

High Point Market (North Carolina) — the largest furniture trade show in the world, where top manufacturers debut new collections and designs.

Las Vegas Market — a premier destination for furniture, lighting, décor, and home accents across every style category.

These markets are industry-only events—open to retailers, designers, and buyers—not the general public. Attending them allows us to build direct relationships with manufacturers, preview upcoming collections, negotiate pricing, and bring the best options back to our members.

In short: we buy where the industry buys.
Is shipping included, or are there additional charges?
Shipping and delivery are separate from membership and product costs. Pricing varies based on:

• Manufacturer or vendor
• Size and weight of the item

• Delivery level (curbside, threshold, room placement, or white-glove)

We provide a complete quote including delivery before any order is placed, so you know exactly what to expect.
Are there any hidden fees or additional costs?

Your membership grants access to wholesale pricing. When you place an order, we apply a clearly disclosed processing fee to cover order coordination, vendor communication, and logistics management. This fee is always shown upfront in your quote—before you commit.

Delivery costs vary based on item, vendor, and location, and are also included in your quote.

What is the return policy for purchased furniture?
Most furniture manufacturers operate on a made-to-order or final-sale basis, especially for custom or special-order items. This is standard across the wholesale furniture industry.

If an item arrives damaged or defective, we work directly with the vendor and carrier to arrange repair, replacement, or refund according to their specific policy. We always communicate return terms before you place an order so there are no surprises.
Can I see the furniture in person before buying?
We operate virtually (which helps keep costs low), so we don't have a physical showroom. However, many of our brands do have showrooms nationwide, and some high-end retailers carry the same lines.

If seeing an item in person matters to you, we're happy to help locate where it may be available locally. We also provide detailed specs, high-resolution images, videos when available, and hands-on guidance before you commit.
Is there a minimum purchase requirement?
Nope. There's no minimum purchase.
