Retail Blackbook collects the information you provide when you create an account and complete your Access Profile — such as your name, email, mobile number, ZIP code, what best describes you, what you're shopping for, your approximate budget, and your purchase timeframe. If you opt in, you also consent to receive marketing emails and texts about new catalogs, pricing, closeouts, and offers.

When you request a Freight & Delivery Quote or submit a Project Inquiry, we collect the product and delivery details you share with us, including any screenshots or files you upload. When you place an order or pay a Project Deposit, payment information is processed by Stripe; Retail Blackbook does not store your full card details.

We use this information to operate your account, provide our services, respond to your requests, and communicate with you about your account, quotes, and orders. We do not sell your personal information.

You can opt out of marketing messages at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email or by contacting us. Transactional messages — account, verification, quotes, orders, and security — are not affected by marketing opt-out.
